Sourcing and assessment. We’ll advertise your role on a huge selection of job boards, and we’ll search CV databases and social media for your ideal candidates. Shortlisted candidates are vetted and assessed on criteria you stipulate, and we only send people to you that we know can do the job

Knowledge Building. We talk to the key people in your business to gain a detailed understanding of the role, how it fits into the organisation and the company culture. This way you only see candidates that are right for the role and company as opposed to receiving CVs that simply ‘look right’

The offer stage and post offer support. We manage the entire offer process for you, from making the offer through to managing their resignation and notice period. Our customer care team will keep in touch after the candidate starts with you to ensure everything is going well

The interview process. We organise every interview on your behalf, confirming times, dates and locations with all parties. Full feedback is taken from each candidate and given to you after every interview. This allows you to build a full picture on every relevant person’s specific suitabiliy

HOW WE PROTECT YOU

Recruitment agencies are SOMETIMES criticised for inflating candidates’ salaries to increase their fees. We don’t agree with that practice. At the start of any project, we work with you to agree on a sensible remuneration package for the role. This allows us to calculate the maximum fee you’ll pay for hiring through us—providing complete transparency. Even if you choose to pay the successful candidate more than initially agreed, our fee remains capped at the pre-agreed amount. To further protect you, if the final salary is lower than anticipated, we’ll adjust our fee accordingly, ensuring you never pay more than necessary.

WE CAP OUR FEES

Occasionally, even with the best processes in place, a new hire might not be the right fit. We offer a placement guarantee period. This ensures they meet the performance, cultural and skill expectations you require. If the candidate turns out to be unsuitable, we’ll dedicate four weeks to finding a replacement at no additional cost. If we are unable to find a suitable replacement within that time, you’ll qualify for our refund or rebate scheme. We’re committed to finding the best talent and we stand by our work, guaranteeing your peace of mind. .
